Who can subscribe for the commonwealth card service?

Any individual that is 18 years and above and corporate bodies are eligible for the service
The subscription fee is N20,000 for individuals and N100,000 for corporate entities.
The maximum financing capital for individuals is Thirty Million Naira (N30,000,000.00) while corporate 3C Cardholders have access to financing capital of up to Two Billion Naira (N2,000,000,000.00).
Any project that passes our viability test and Capital Budgeting Criteria (CBC)
Capital Budgeting Criteria are a series of methods (such as payback period, net present value, profitability index and internal rate of return) we use to determine the viability of any project presented for financing.
CAPIS will finance and execute every project that is considered viable through its subsidiary, Projectile TPF.
CAPIS Commonwealth Card (3C Card) is a unique third party financing service that gives the cardholder access to CAPIS profit sharing program and financing of investment projects by seamlessly providing capital at an optimal profit sharing ratio.
Every subscriber of the Commonwealth Card service is qualified for profit sharing regardless of whether they brought project for financing or not as long as their 3C Card is valid.
The profit from CAPIS Commonwealth Fund (CCF) will be paid directly to the 3C card every time a profit is declared on the CCF
